TH, not that these people (or bots) are causing me pain but you might want to think about using the "enter this almost illegible word to make your account" security feature

Let's just assume one day there will be no file sharing or piracy left, now how will they get the money from those that don't wanna buy music and movies ???? the same guys that pirate today just because they don't wanna buy that stuff

so I ask again how will they get the money from those that don't wanna buy music and movies ????

So, if I am an insurance company can I demand that the state pay me money because they put up stop signs, stop lights and street lights? No... this is stupid, but given the two largest powerhouses in the world (uk, us) think big business has a right to squash independent rights, (and the courts agree) this will only be a few months before it happens in the u.s.

First 50% tax is on high earners, and only on amounts over £100,000. Local govt is not Central Govt, VAT is not income tax, there is also a £7000 disregrd, plus most people get some form of tax credit or tax allowance. BUT obama is STILL Black and STILL your President, get over it and move on Grand Wizard.

I'd be happy to pay my ISP 20% more or even 30% more if that would buy me the right to download movies, music and tv shows from 3rd parties.

They are trying to get the ISP to become responsible (again) which has not yet worked.

One problem with traffic monitoring is that if the ISP detects that I am downloading or streaming music they can't be certain it was never paid for. I may be streaming from a licensed live radio broadcast or pulling down a pirated copy of the Hurt Locker to watch on a mobile device that can't play the the DVD I own.
