UK to Europe outlet?

I just got in the mail this Dell XPS 15 from amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B018FSX9GA/ref=psdc_429886031_t1_B0170R7VJ8

And I forgot the power outlet in my country (Portugal) is different from the UK, can I just buy an adapter without the need to replace the transformer? Do I need a specific adapter for the current transformer? If I do need to replace the power supply entirely, any links to where I can buy it from? Thanks in advance!
