After my Roku 3 bit the dust, I started using a Raspberry pi 3 as my main plex client, which didn't work out as I had started putting my media into h.265 files so lots of dropped frames. So I am building a proper HTPC...just to run plex and have h.265 10 bit hardware decoding. I have two builds on PC part picker, one using an Intel Kaby Lake Celeron, and one using an AMD Sempiron.
Which one would be the better bet? I want it low power so that it can be an always on and ready setup rather than having to turn it on and off all the time.
