Ultrabook to run SC2 on Medium 60FPS

I love the battery life and portability of an Ultrabook. I also want to play StarCraft 2 on Medium 60FPS with processor stuff (physics, effects) on High. My current i5 2430m can do the High processor stuff but graphics stuff on Low. Will a 3rd or 4th gen i5 accomplish this?

Also, I buy manufacturer refurbished on eBay and do not want to spend a lot, so if Haswell is needed for medium settings I will wait for prices to drop.
