i7 HQ processor

Nvidia GeForce (video editing)

Thunderbolt 2 input port (to connect a thunderbolt audio interface)

The cheaper the better as I'll buy second hand...

I need some clarifying about Thunderbolt 3 on a PC. I'm building my own PC and need a thunderbolt 3. I thought it would have been easy to find a build that can support the thunder port but I was wrong. All the websites I went to build don't really make it easy. They show loads of motherboards but don't say if they have PCI-E or don't mention anything about thunderbolt. All I want is to know what are the most popular motherboards PCI-E to finally get a Thunderbolt 3 port card to add along with an i7 6700k, GeForce 1060, SSD drive and 16gb as the other main components. Thks.
