ULV Haswell on a Laptop-bottlnecks?

The laptop has:
-i5 4200u @ 1.6GHz turbo up to 2.6GHz
-4gb Ram
-Nvidia GT 740m 1gb graphics

Will the processor bottleneck the graphics card, bearing it mind that it will use turbo boost to increase frequency when playing games?
Will the processor make general use (i.e. watching videos, browsing) any slower compared to a i5 4200m?

I don`t know that game you intend to play but i think you over - expect from this laptop ........

No the CPU will not but the GPU will botleneck .....

What do you mean over expect? I expect it to be able to play most current games at low settings at 720p btw.

Then why you get laptop ........ go for desktop with NVIDIA GTX-780 ........

I already have a good gaming desktop, this laptop is for school where I spend most of my time (8am to 6:30pm) mon-sat.
Since it is a secondary computer i does not need to be super-powerful, just powerful enough to let me play a good amount of games, even if the graphics are bad.
