My Vizio smart TV has the Amazon Prime app already installed. I try to register my tv on my computer in order to watch Amazon videos. The computer shows that the registration worked, but I am unable to get the tv to recognize that and let me play video. Netflix and other apps work fine. Help!! What am I doing wrong?
I've been having the exact same issue with my D32h-F1 I purchased in June 2018. Vizio says the tv is working fine. Amazon says it's Vizio's problem. Also, I've called Amazon and talked with a rep and been dumped off to Vizio tech support which didn't know why Amazon sent me there.
Amazon Prime is the only service I use so I don't know if Netflix or Hulu work.
