Unable to locate the HDMI selection on TV to connect a FireTV Stick.

The only options I have to select in the input section are: ANT, DTV, VIDEO2, COMPONENT, CBL and PC.

According to the user's manual, the HDMI selection should be appearing. (The FireTV Stick is plugged into the HDMI port on the TV.

Some TVs have an option to remove inputs from being seen in the selection screens, go through your setup options and check in there for something similar. It may also be that your 12 yr old TV does not work with the device properly so is not recognizing it as an source.
