unable to reset acer aspire one za3 as holding alt f10 does nothing. any ideas

trying to reset my daughters acer aspire one za3 back to original factory settings have tried pressing ALT And F10 together when ACER LOGO appears when restarting but to no avail it just starts up as normal any help would be welcome.

Try using the program "Acer eRecovery Management" in the Acer folder.

Try holding f8 f10 dose not work anymore...
