Unable to see photos on Toshiba Harman/Kardon

I'm not even sure if my Toshiba laptop is "Harman/Kardon"? I just know that it says that above the keyboard. Anyway, I tried to open my photo app (just the normal one that comes with the laptop) and it does open, but it's showing me nothing but a blank screen along with the bar on top that allows you to exit the page and what not. There's no message, error, or anything that pops up. Anyone know how to fix this?

harman kardon is a tech company that makes audio, recently taken over by JBL . so you're speakers are from that brand. I can't look over your shoulder but perhaps your neighbours son knows. or your cousin.

I just looked under it and the sticker says it's a Toshiba Satellite E45W-C4200X.. It's a Windows 10 as well.

Too little information jade. Can't you right-click on the photo in "my documents" and open with (program you want to).
