under exposure photo after transfered to desktop

jpegs in camera look good but a little blown out in the sky but when I view on desktop in photoshop all photos are on the dark side and need adjusting why is this?

Your monitor is probably not calibrated. Also your back LCD is not 100% accurate either. The combination leads to a slight mis-match. Best solution = Shoot in raw and calibrate your screen (https/www.adorama.com/icvs5p100c.html)
