Uneven horizontal black lines on laptop screen

I have a HP Pavilion 15-n011TX
Black horizontal lines have appeared as shown in the picture. Earlier only the lower line was there. But now, there is also one in the middle as shown. The black lines even appear when the laptop is powered off. Like they are visible. How to fix this? Do I need to replace the display. Please help
