Uninstalled Display Adapters black screen

In my display adapters there were two menus.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M
And intel which I uninstalled it.

After I uninstalled it through deviceanager, the screen turns black. I did re-start the ACER laptop many times it still doesnt work.

Now there are NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M and video controller VGA compatible

You can try turning off the laptop, connect an external monitor to the laptop, turn on the external monitor and then turn on the laptop.

If you can then see on the external monitors screen you can then reinstall the needed drivers, etc., for the Intel graphics.
