Universal remote control TV and PC!

Is it possible to find a universal remote that will control a Television and a Computer? i.e. Turn on TV, adjust volume or input AND control media on the PC without using one of those super expensive Logitech harmony remotes? If you know of one, por favor tell me! linx help as well (newegg, tigerdirect etc...)
