"unlock" 7800 GT?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I read that the 7800 GT is a GTX with 4 disabled pipelines & underclocked?

Could I unlock 4 pipelines and OC it to gtx stock?
Errr.... how do I do that?
I only have 'experience' with OCing CPU, and I've never done that even.

as far as i know, the pipelines are locked physically on the gpu, not through software, and cannot be unlocked.
