directly after power on screen says"gateway" and "press f2 to go to set up"
when i press f2 it asks for a password that i do not know.
if i wait a second it says " an operating system was not found"
conventional cmos reset techniques don't work -soldered in batt/no dip switch/no jumpers/ or bumps
problem all started after i tried unsuccessfully to upgrade to Win 10 from 7 and blue screen came up directly after boot
from win 10 safe mode i tried to "reset this pc" where it apparently it removed everything
i tried default passwords { a few} no luck
