unlock Dell e6510 keyboard

I accidently hit lock key, F4. Now there is a Blue lighted up lock with number 9 in it.
How do I unlock keyboard and make this go away?

try this, Fn + F3 or this, Restart the machine, or hold down CTRL, SHIFT, then hit ENTER
