hello,
i just bought a new laptop and a few keys wont work on their own . for example t , z and caps lock . right from the start while setting up windows .
strangely they all work if you hit them fast enough after any other key. no matter what key.
I tried windows updates , updating drivers with all the options , resetting the laptop and uninstalling the keyboard so it would reinstall itself after restart. i also énabled or disabled all the keyboard settings.
any advice on whats left to try or should i exchange the new laptop ?
