Unlock Multiplier to 9x?

Greetings, I have an Abit IP35-E Motherboard, Is there a way to go to multiplier 9x for overclocking cpu? Because my maximum I can get is multiplier 8x. Just Wondering.

Nope, CPUs are multiplier locked.

The only way to get an unlocked one is an Engineering Sample, Extreme Edition (Intel), or Black Edition (AMD).
