unlock my amd 560 be with crosshair formula V

have a look in the bios for core unlocker

and change it to auto or enabled

no guarantee unlocking will be stable though

You are right it was not stable me not sure on all the different features of this board I took the easy out and auto OC and it smoothed everything out.
