Yes i am asking if my Biostar TA870+ 5.2 can easily unlock a Phenom II X3 B73? and sorry im a noobie here

Yes that board has ACC and will unlock AMD processors that have dormant cores. That doesn't garantee that the dormant cores are stable, of course.
