Unlocked android phone sim

I ordered an unlocked android phone online and it came without a sim card or instructions. Where do I get these two things and how do I set up the phone?

you get a sim card from whoever you want to use the phone with. Jsut because it's unlocked, it doesn't mean it work with ANY carrier though, only those carriers that are frequency compatible with the phone itsefl . What phone and what country are you in.
