Unlocked phone drama...please help

Question: Is it possible to use an unlocked cell phone as a new AT&T prepaid customer? The catch - my dead phone's sim card is not accessible because it's on an old Verizon Wireless LG Env2 phone.

Any help and information is appreciated!

You need to contact AT&T to program the new phone. Your Verizon card won't work with the service anyway without reprogramming.
