unlocking cuda cores 650ti

is there any way to unlock the locked cuda cores on ther 650ti's gk160 gpu? so it will perform like a 660. thanks for answering

Unlikely. If there is, we likely would have heard about it, and gone crazy trying to abuse the crapola out of it

To my knowledge, this capability does not exist. If it did, I would think it widely known and used.

I assume its locked by the chip itself, no idea really, but there doesnt seem to be anything in the bios to alter it.

I suspect the 2 SMs in the full cluster are disabled in hardware during testing and qualification. The GTX760 essentially undergoes the same process except "half-clusters" are disabled -- I don't think they do that on the 650TI.
