Unroot HTC One SV

I've rooted my HTC One SV, but im trying to unroot it and i cant find the RUU for it anywhere. Can anyone help me out here?

Also its the LTE T-Mobile version.

Tried this, but both exe files arent working, i tried the first one, it gave me an error and didnt even open, and the 2nd one got half way through and told me it was unsuccessful. Its still rooted and ive locked my bootloader, but i cant find any other RUU for my phone
