Hello guys. I have an HP Pavilion 13-s128nr x360. I just updated the BIOS on the website, looking to upgrade some things. However, when I did that all of a sudden my TV isn't being recognized. It isnt in the Intel Graphic Properties or anything. I tried doing the second display but it doesnt do anything. It was working perfectly before, but now when I plug in the HDMI into my computer it doesnt even make a sound. Can anyone think of a solution?

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Open Device Manager and uninstall the Intel Graphics driver.
- Check Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to Intel Graphics.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver from Intel's Support site.
- Here's the link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot test it again, press the Windows key + P at the same time and select between Duplicate or Extended display.

Hey I have tried that a bunch of times and it didnt work at all. But I did end up defaulting the BIOS to default settings and that fixed it which was strange to me considering I didn't change anything. All I did was update from their website to the newest version.
