upgrade my memory

I have an ASUS X53E core i3. Is it possible to upgrade the memory and hard drive to accept windows 10 professional? I have a Hitachi 5.2 hard drive.

Can I upgrade my ASUS X53E that has 4 gigs of installed memory to 16? I installed another 4 gigs, and it is operating well, but I would like more memory. Is there an gig memory for each slot that may be compatible? It is an icore 3 version.
