Hi guys,
So my mum just asked me whether her old (2007) travel laptop could be brought back to life somehow. It's a VAIO-VGN-TX5XN (http/www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Sony-Vaio-VGN-TX5XN-Notebook.3747.0.html) still running on vista, 1 GB RAM, 100 GB HDD, Intel Centrino U1500. It is tremendously slow.
Would it be of any use putting an SSD in there for instance? Or any other upgrade that could still help it?
Thanks heaps for your input!
