Upgrade rooted s3 OTA

So I have android 4.1.2 installed on my SGH-T999 phone. I used triangle away to reset the counter. Now the OTA can work. Im just wondering will it mess my device up if I update through OTA as rooted?

It won't mess anything up but you won't be rooted anymore and any apps that required the root access will no longer work.
