Upgraded to Windows 10 and now scrolling does not work with touchpad L875D-S7332

I just upgraded to Windows 10 on my Toshiba Satellite L875D-S7332. Now, the scrolling feature does not work with my touchpad. The cursor can move and I can click on things but I cannot scroll. What can I do to fix this?
 
Hi,

Please do try to uninstall/reinstall the touchpad driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Synaptics Touchpad driver.
- Once uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/tca0082300f.exe
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.

Thanks for your reply. I tried what you suggested but scrolling on the touchpad still does not work. Any other suggestions?
