Upgrading my laptop

hi i own an asus g75v , my laptop has an gtx670m , i would like to know if i can upgrade it to the next gen gpus , and also the network adapter , if possible pls send me some links where as to i can learn how , thanx

I don't think you can.
ASUS and most manufactures don't allow GPU upgrades
