I've used FutureDial SnapSync to backup several Samsung models,
including the A620 and it worked fine. I've never sync'd to Outlook
since I don't use it. I've used FD SS for copying from the handset to
the PC, transferring from one handset to the PC and back to a different
handset, and also for making adds/removes/changes in names and numbers
during the process.
FD SS captures the name, phone numbers, email, and web address fields
for each person in the phone book, but it does not capture or respect
the slot number (used for speed dial position), secret, image,
speed-dial type, ringer, or group fields.
