Within the installation disc, there should be a button which you can press to open up a list of tools you can use to repair your boot sector. If I remember correctly, The button should be located just before you install windows using the CD Key. Something about "Repair this computer". Within that, you should find numerous tools. One of which is, Automatic Repair/ Startup Repair. Try using it to see if it fixes the problem by itself. If not, Go open the built in command prompt (It should be there within the list as well) and type

bootrec /rebuildbcd

and then

bootrec /fixmbr

after that

bootrec /fixboot

Bootrec may scan your disk for recognizable operating systems during one of the operations. Since you only have one operating system, you can type in "Y" (Yes) to add it. This should fix the problem and get you back in to windows

Best of luck zack~

Hey there zack! Your bootloader might be broken which is preventing windows from properly starting up. You can easily fix this by getting a windows installation disc and using startup repair. If that doesn't work you can use the built in command prompt to repair the boot sector which usually fixes the issue.

Thank you for answering me as soon as you can. I tried with disc installation 8 wich is compatible with the one i have on it but it didn't work. I think that enter in the BIOS woud helpfully fix the problem, so that i tried many time by pressing esc/f1/f2/f12 after starting the computer but i couldn't have access to the BIOS. May be it's not the right way to fix this kind of problem for a Packard Bell EasyNote LE69KB.

Would you mind telling me please how can i use the bilt in command prompt so that i can repair the boot sector?
