At such a budget, I'd recommend you to go for AMD-base laptops. They are better value for money. I was talking about the G505s with dual Graphics. But, that seems out of your budget.

Under 600$, I think it's best to go with

Acer Aspire V5:

It has AMD A10 CPU, with Radeon HD8750M Graphics card, which is pretty powerful, and compares to nVidia GT640M in performance.

The Dell model you mentioned have Intel Integrated Graphics which are very weak. And, I you shouldn't compromise on GPU at all.

Thanks for you response! Actually my brother is going to gift me so he suggested me to choose from these two. But I think still I can go for another brand, so I answer your questions hereby;

1. What is your budget?

$500 - $600

2. What is the size that you are considering?

15.6" or above

3. How much battery life do you need?

Not too concerned on this as I should usually be near an outlet. 2.5 hours would be sufficient.

4. Weight?

Weight would not be a problem but I will prefer not so heavy laptop.

In-addition, I am not interest in laptop gaming. I will use Adobe CS6 software especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash and After effects for graphics designing and video editing and also do 3D modelling. For this a reasonable GPU will be required. So I am confused about AMD or Intel as I don't know much about that. Dell Inspiron 15M ( I listed above) has 1GB dedicated video memory thus I find it better than AMD. Is it so ??
