Nothing gets you more help at the office like when your computer is making loud noises.
Computer: beep, beeeeep, beep, beeeeep, beep, beep
Random dude: hey, do you need some help with that?

Happens ALL the time here.

Definitely. Go over to a friend's house with one of these and demand a snack or refreshment for kicks from that friend everytime the bell rings and see how fast you get kicked out :D

Also this:

-Take a screenshot of co-workers desktop
-Set as wallpaper
-Right click on desktop, go to "arrange icons by", then uncheck "show desktop icons". Also minimize the taskbar.
-Wait for co-worker to return
-Watch co-worker panic frantically as clicking does nothing.

Scheduling a task to run that locks their computer every minute works well, too :) I also like ejecting their CD tray remotely.
