usb connection stopped working

hey guys
i have samsung tab
it's usb cable stopped working suddenly
i bought another one but it did'nt work as well
and other mobiles does
so it must have been the mobile it self
that i have changed something that i don't know about
plzzzzz plllzzzzz any help to reactivate it

check your device manager when you plug in your tablet. See if you get any questions marks(Other devices)... Also check your USB controllers, see if you find the tablet there.

when i plug usb .. it keep telling me that usb is not connected on yhe tab
