USB Mouse stop working after a while

Hello everyone. I'm using an USB mouse on my Dell Inspiron 3521 laptop which runs Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit and after a while of using it, the usb mouse stops working. I can hear the sound of a USB device disconnecting, but the mouses led is still on. Tried to connect it to other USB port. I hear the sound of a usb device connecting, but the mouse still doesn't work. I also tried with 3 different usb mouses but I got the same problem. Three days ago I've reinstalled my OS because I tought this is an OS problem. The only option to make it to work is to restart my laptop. All the drivers are installed and updated. I'm out of ideas. Can someone help me please?
