usb not working

hi guys i have a intel dx58s0 mb and for some reason not one of my usb ports are working i checked all the ports to make sure that there are nothing thats making a short and all of thembare clear...except for one where al 4 the bronze pins are bent down almost like a usb was forced in wrong side firts can this be the reason the others are not working??

The bent pins could very well be the cause, do they show up in Device Manager OK? Did you try a BIOS reset and/or an BIOS update?
