Usb port is damage

Hello, one of my usb port is damage why is the other one not working

So, you are saying one USB port is damaged and the other is not working? You can try going into the device manager and deleting the USB ports. After doing that you should restart your computer. Windows will reinstall the USB ports. Give it a try and see if that helps.
