usb ports ,audio and network failure

I use a Toshiba satellite L645-S4104.I opened it once and touched some ic with a tester and it gave a spark but the laptop worked fine .after few days the sound started scratching with gritz-some noise and it eventually stopped altogether. USB ports don't work too. No wifi too. Sound comes for 1minute and stops every time I put it on after a long time of rest
