Solved! USB ports stops working randomly until I Restart

My laptop USB ports stops randomly working when I use my mouse once in a while. Sometimes it will make a disconnecting noise/sound, but I'm not disconnecting the mouse, it's still plugged in. It's still works after that, but after a while it will just stop working entirely. I unplugged and plugged it in again, but it won't work. The other USB port stops working too, even if there's nothing plugged into it. I've tried other mouses, but it won't work. I restarted by computer and that seems to fix the issue, but it will keep doing the same thing. My trackpad and keyboard still works.

Dell Inspiron, Windows 1909, this problem started to occur last week, before I updated to 1909.

There is a tool at the Dell support site to assist with locating updated drivers. It can be found here:

Personally, I would try the Intel site first to see if there are updated drivers available for the Intel components in your system.
