usb replacement trouble

Hello, this is a Toshiba Satellite C660 Intel bought six years ago, which were damaged usb ports .I bought the necessary ports and they replaced the motherboard and worked 1 day, second day only work if we took the battery, and the third day I need no longer worked for the advice of an engineer.
