USB Slots cause input lag

Hey. I've recently bought an Alienware 17 R4 with 120hz QHD screen. I'm happy with the performance but there are some weird things that happen. First of all, after a few hours, I notice a little performance loss. It only happens in certain games: Overwatch and Black Ops 3 and a few indie titles. There is no throttling, the max heat my gpu gets is 65c and cpu gets max 60c. There is something else %100, when I restart the pc it goes away for another 2-3 hours. My real problem is that my USB slots seem to cause MOUSE DELAY or INPUT LAG, which is annoying in Overwatch for exemple. when I move the USB connection a little bit, it changes the delay. There is a sweetspot, if I move it even a little bit I get lag in my mouse. This applies for both of the USB slots.

I have v sync off
My mouse's polling rate is fine
Resolution is native
Drivers are up to date

I've already created 2 threads about kind of the same issue but 2 months later no suggestions except "sending it to service"

Here's the problem, this time I'll try to make it clearer. When I move the mouse's USB entrance, I get huge input lag (mouse lag) spikes. It's so frustrating to try and find a sweetspot and even then it's not perfect. There are 2 USB A ports and one USB C port in my laptop, tried all of them except the USB C slot since the mice that I used are all using USB A. I've tried with 5-6 different surfaces including 3 different mouse pads, 3 different mice that are all high-end, same issue. Now what I'm asking first, is it possible for a USB slot to have connectivity issues but still dedect the device and work almost properly? I mean the mouse is usable but there is high latency. If not, what causes extra delay when I physically move the USB cable. Any help except "send it to service pffs" is appreciated.

PS. Please don't bind this with the other 2 threads since I talked about different stuff on the other threads.

As I said before, I've tried with 3 different mice now. They are all high-end "gaming" mice so they should have no delay normally. Also no, one of the USB A is on the left side with the USB C and the other USB A is on the right side.

Just ran another 2 min test, I changed nothing. Also played Overwatch for like 5 mins after each test and I can say that the input lag still exists. I think a software like this couldn't detect the latency I'm having because I think it's some connectivity issue within the USB slots, so the lag is BEFORE a signal goes into the system from the mouse. But Im not sure if that is possible. As I said, is it possible to have a USB slot working properly but having latency caused by the connectivity? Anyways, here is the second test:

go to device manager, and open system devices. There should be something called "Dell Diag Control Device" and "Dell System Analyzer Control Device" disable those and go gaming or do another test.

If this is the solution you might update them back accidentally by dell updates or windows update, disabling dell updates is possible but you can miss on something like new bios updates which can be helpful so you need to check those manually. Here is how :

Dont disable windows update completely but change it to download updates but ask you before installing. In time you will see if those dell programs are recommended or optional updates. If only optional you can put automatic install and update in windows update

Ok so here it is. Now I must say, I was browsing web while running this test but I don't think that would affect the test much. The test states that I should disable WLAN adapter, but since this is a laptop that I use in many different places, disabling WLAN will make it a lot harder for me to stay connected to internet.

you can leave latencymon in the backround just start with play button after opening it. Hmm ndis is networking driver. Are you using Wifi or ethernet cable connected? Are you using VPN of any sort ?
