Usb sou d device problem 7.1 headsets

I plugged my marvo hg9012 7.1 headset into my pc but i can't use them because the computer don't read the usb,what can i do?

Not sure why you would buy a USB headset if your usb ports don't work but I suppose you could buy a usb add-in card. What PCI or PCIE slots do you have free?
