I had just switched on when message flashed "this computer needs flashdrive".I hadn't even signed in!.I dull bought one which arrived without any instructions.there is no USB port so how am I meant to attach it to my computer.wish I had never bought it

It has USB Type C which you may have overlooked because it's quite different. You can buy a converter for the more well-known USB Port.

Is this a new laptop? What is the exact message you get when you turn it on?
