Using 2 Mice One PC

Hello, I have a question. I am currently using my PC as a work PC and an HTPC. I bought an airmouse remote to use for HT purposes and I use standard keyboard and mouse setup for normal PC use.

My question is, is there a way to lock the remote airmouse onto either the HT program or second monitor? The issue I am getting is if someone tries to use the airmouse while I am working on my PC it takes over and I have to manually move over to the HT program, interrupting what I may have been doing on the primary monitor.

short of unplugging the second device I don.t know of any. A usb hub near the PC may be ideal.
