Question Using a Redmi Note 7 and the lock and volume keys have just seeped into the phone body. Anyway to fix it without me opening it?

Also I was trying to take my sim card out and the ejector pin got stuck inside. If anyone can help with that as well then much appreciated.

I myself have worked in a phone repairing shop for years, so i'd definitely suggest you that, for the stuck pin, go to any shop and get help. Doing it yourself might make things worst. just a suggestion
