I got a new acer da220hql touchscreen which so far has been a great buy! i also got a 1tb transcend external hard drive so i am able to keep all my pictures/movies with me at all times. the first time i plugged the external hard drive into my touchscreen, it loaded what was on the hard drive. now everytime i plug the hard drive into the usb, the screen goes to a dark screen and wont let me do anything besides hold the power button down to restart the computer. not sure what to do or where to look. i have looked to see if they were compatible with one another, but havent found any information...

any ideas?

This Touch Screen /Android Tablet only recognizes FAT and FAT32 formatted drives/storage devices.

Here is a link to the manual;

Note when using this as a Windows Touch Screen Monitor the USB devices are not available. This requires a connection with HDMI and the microUSB ports to have touch.
