Using DVR as BOX TV

Hi to all. I'm a newby.
I've an Avidsen DVR AHD HYBRID 720p and i don't use it so i want to transform it in a box tv installing Kodi.
Is it possible? Can i reinstall os on it?

No.
That seems to be for surveillance cameras. No OS. No CPU. Nothing inside that programs.
Use one of the many devices that KODI installs on.
