Using an IPAQ 2210 and WM2003. I have a recent version of Microsoft Reader
installed (and activated), probably the most recent.

Last night I subscribed to Audible.com, and downloaded some of its content.
I installed the Audible Reader for the PPC, as well as the desktop software,
"Audible Manager", etc. I activated my PPC for Audible content, and
transferred one of the titles to it.

I listened to some of the title with Audible Reader for PPC. It worked OK,
but missing in some features I would like to have, especially a bookmark
feature. (When listening to an audio book, you usually do not hear it all in
one sitting, and want to be able to go back to the exact same place you left
off in it.)

I have read, including on the Audible site, that Audible content can also be
listened to on the PPC using Microsoft Reader. So I decided to try that.

In opening Microsoft Reader on the PPC, I see a library, a list of e-books
to choose from. I do not see the Audible title listed in the library. I
cannot see any command in Microsoft Reader to add a book to the library. (I
forget how I added the other (Reader format) titles, or whether they were
added automatically.) I tried moving the Audible content file on the PPC to
the same folder that the other Reader e-books were in. Didn't work. I closed
and re-opened Microsoft Reader, and still didn't see the Audible content
listed in the the "Library". I re-booted the PPC and tried again. Same
problem.

How do I open the Audible content in Microsoft Reader on the PPC?

The Audible player software does that automagically - even if you switch
between several titles. It will keep remembering where you left off.
